Who Is The Goose?
Someone once asked who I am….and for the first time in my life I realized that that was probably one of the hardest questions I had ever honestly been asked.
I can tell you what I am…
A single woman and mother born and raised in a town called Boksburg, currently residing in Benoni.
I can tell you what I was…
I came from a pretty large family and I had an average upbringing. I finished high school with no spectacular acheivements and set off into the working world. I did a few waitressing gigs, then a few office jobs before working for my boyfriend. We eventually got married and had a daughter, but people change and we were no longer meant for each other and divorced in 2011.
But Who Am I?
I can tell you what I want…
I am a girl, looking for more in this life, wanting to live it to the fullest. I want to do as much as I can before this body gives out on me. I want to laugh, I want to love and I want to cry. I want to surround myself with happiness and friendship. I want to be a great mother and sibling and daughter. I want to be a person people can look at and say wow…she has zest for life.
So who am I?
I am a collection of what I am, who I was and all that I want be.
I am the person standing before you.

I stumbled upon your blog quite by chance as I was “googling” the words of the song “doing it all for me” – I liked what i read and what a good idea to put your thoughts and feelings into a blog to share, it is very healing and therapeutic.
Sterkte Sister!
I can identify completely. I divorced after 28 years of living a life that seemed to have no purpose other than to raise and nuture our children! Maybe one day i shall blog it all too

And you just blew Ernest Hemingway out of the competition with that poetic composition. Elegantly executed.
